a day without smiling is a day not worth living

my name is emily.
my life is complex and at times too much to handle but if there is one thing that i have learnt it is that it always get's better and a day without smiling is day not worth living so i smile everyday to myself.
i have/had two wonderful parents who loved me and raised me to apreciate the little things in life and that there is beauty in everything even if it is not visible at first.
my mum is my rock,my dad was amazing and i treasure the times i had with him and keep his memory alive by doing all i can to make him proud.
i'm an introvert i have next to no friends,i don't mind my family are more than enough.
